The Retail Trader is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, no shipping charge is ever levied, and access reaches your account once payment is confirmed.
This is a web-based software and educational service. There are no physical goods, no courier and no delivery address, and no shipping charge is ever levied.
Paid access is provisioned to the registered account on confirmation of payment, normally within a few minutes, with a receipt by email.
If paid features are not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, the payment is refunded in full where access cannot be provisioned.
